To let go doesn't mean to stop caring;

but to allow another to be a human being.

but to allow others to affect their own outcomes.
To let go is not to be protective,
It is to permit another to face reality.
To let go is not to deny, but to accept.
To let go is not to nag, scold, or argue,
but to search out my own shortcomings and correct them.
To let go is not to adjust everything to my desires,
but to take each day as it comes and cherish the moment.
To let go is not to criticize and regulate anyone,
but to try to become what I dream I can be.
To let go is not to regret the past,
but to grow and live for the future.
To let go is to fear less and love more.

Your energy system has seven centers.

As energyflows through each center in your energy system, it creats diffeent experiences in you. These are your emotions.

They are undetectable by the five senses but they are not  undetectable by your inner experiences. They are your inner experiences.

The seventh center is the crown of your head...This is where energy enters your energy system, this center conects you to the nonphysical Universe. That connection remains active as long as you live. When you go home --return to non physical reality--your energy system ceases to function, and your personality dies.

Your personality is your body, your intuitional structure ( how you experience intuition), and the particular way that you percieve, think and feel. Your personality was born on a certain date and will die on a certain date this is the date that every thing stops funbctioi. As long as you live energy flows into the energy system through the center at the crown of your head and moves down to the base of your torso.

There are two ways enregy can leave your syatem: in fear and doubt or in love and trust.

(As early as the age of maybe two or three, I personally have always felt this flow, but mine was in the transmission or transportation of though.)

Authentic power is the human experience without the limitation of fear, self doubt and self hatred

Creating authentic power is a proactive, life time endevor that requires your intention and effort.

You can not align your personality with your soul without becoming conscious of your emotions.

Emotions are currents of energy that run through you. Think of yourself as a walking processing system. Air flows into you and then flows out of you. You use it and change it before returning it to the atmosphere. Food also flows in and out of you. It to is transformed in the process. Blood flows into your lungs, it is changed in your lungs and flows out again..You process air, food and blood each moment.

They flow through you and you are transformed in the process.

You also process energy. All of your systems that process things that the five senses can detect, such as air, food and blood, refiect another processing system that the  five senses cannot detect. that system is energy.

Energy continually flows into the top of your head, moves downward through your torso. and then returns to where it came from. As energy is processed at different locations, and in dofferent ways, different emotions result.

You cannot grow spiritually without learning how to detach from your emotions and understand them as products of the way energy is processed in your energy system.

Welcome and entertain them all!

He may be clearing you out

 for some new delight.

 

The dark thought, the shame, the malice,

meet them at the door laughing

and invite them in.

 

Be greatful for whoever comes,

Authentic Power is thr alignment of your personality with your soul.......

Creating authentic power is dramatically different from the pursuit of external power. We know how to pursue external power well because we have been pursuing it since the origin of our species. That is why it is very challenging to discover that it no longer leads us to where we want to go. It once produced beneficial conquences, but now it produces only consequences that are counterproductive.

 The creation of authentic power is a lifetime endeavor. It requires becoming aware, moment by moment, of what you are feeling and what you are thinking.

 The creation of authentic power confronts you with most unhealyhy parts of yourself---the parts that blame, criticize, judge, resent, envy and hate others, yourself and the Universe.....

I will try to explain and convey what I have learned...

These are the parts that must be uncovered, acknowledged, and changed. They are also the parts that most want tochange others rather than be changed themselves.

When you become your own sorce of wortheness, you will still buy clothes, live in a house and get haircuts. The difference is you will not do these things to influence or impress others. You will choose your intentions consciously. not unconsciously.

You will be free to say and do what is most appropriate, guided by your compassionate heart and your wisdom You will give all that you were born to give and recieve all that the Universe offers to you.

You will live in harmony with others while remaning true to yourself
